A chassid of the Rebbe once dropped a paper while leaving the Rebbe's office. The Rebbe stooped down to pick up the paper. The chassid apologized profusely for causing the Rebbe such trouble. The Rebbe replied, "Isn't this my whole job in life: to pick up the things others have left fallen behind?"
